Allergy and Asthma Associates has been providing state of the art Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology care for over 40 yrs. Dr. Sheva K. Chervinskiy is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Drs. Mark Lazarovich and Olga Hardin are Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Our physicians have sub-specialized in the area of Pediatric and Adult Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology and are certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Our physicians are also associated with the University of Vermont Medical Center and the Larner College of Medicine at The University of Vermont.

Frequently, medical students and resident physicians will be in our office. This is part of the allergy education program at the Larner College of Medicine at The University of Vermont. All clinical personnel employed in this office have undergone training and attended lectures in allergy; and participate in continuing medical education programs.

Mark Lazarovich, M.D, ABAI

Dr. Lazarovich is an alumnus of McGill University. He received his M.Sc. in Physiology from McGill University. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Liege in 1987. Dr. Lazarovich performed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Yale/Bridgeport Hospital from 1988-1991. He did one year of post-Doctoral research at the University of Liege in 1991. Dr. Lazarovich received his Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Fellowship training at SUNY at Stony Brook in 1993. He is board certified in internal medicine and allergy and immunology. Dr. Lazarovich joined the practice in 2000.

Peyton Wingfield MSN, FNP

Peyton Wingfield, FNP is an alumnus of The University of Lynchburg where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Master of Science Nursing from The University of Virginia in 2022. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Peyton spent seven years working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU Health. During her time in the PICU she served as a unit preceptor, charge, and rapid response nurse, and was a Daisy Award recipient from 2017-2022. Outside of work, Peyton enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Angus. She loves the outdoors and is looking forward to hiking and skiing in Vermont.
